Terms for reserving online, by phone or with a travel agent:
Reservations:
When making a reservation at less than 60 days prior to arrival, full payment is due at time of booking.
Once the reservation is made, we do allow 24 hours for you to complete your related travel plans such as airline reservations without penalty or surcharge.
Reservations made greater than 60 days prior to arrival require 30% of the total reservation to confirm.
At 60 days prior to arrival all balances are due and are auto charged to the same credit card used to create the reservation unless use of another credit card is requested by the guest.
Cancellations:
A full refund is granted when cancelling until 90 days prior to arrival.
When cancelling less than 90 days but greater than 60 days the 30% deposit is forfieted by the guest.
For cancellations at less than 60 days, the full amount of the reservation is forfieted by the guest.
